Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor. Keep two fingers between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.
Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 8 inches below your natural waist. Keep your feet together and the tape parallel to the floor.
Measure from your crotch to the bottom of your ankle. Stand straight with your feet slightly apart. This gives you your inside leg measurement for jeans and trousers.
Place your foot on a piece of paper, trace around it and measure from the heel to the longest toe. Measure both feet and use the larger measurement. Measure at the end of the day when feet are at their largest.
Always measure over your underwear, not over clothes. Use a soft tape measure, not a rigid ruler. If you're between sizes, size up for tops and jackets, and go half a size up for footwear.

We use a fully tracked courier service for all UK orders, with photo confirmation on delivery included as standard. Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days from dispatch.
Our delivery charges are based on current courier weight-band pricing with a small 10% handling margin to cover packing materials and processing time. We keep it as low as we can — and orders over £75 always ship free.

Orders confirmed Monday–Friday will be dispatched within 3 working days. Orders placed at weekends will be processed from the following Monday.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may take a little longer and could incur a small additional surcharge. We'll always confirm this before processing your order.
